AEXA Aviation as Broker makes no representation regarding the airworthiness, condition, or suitability for flight of any part. Buyer assumes all risk for inspection, certification, and installation. In no event shall Broker’s liability exceed the fees of paid transaction.

- Warranty Disclaimer: Clearly state that AEXA Aviation is not a manufacturer or a repair station and do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or airworthiness.
- Limitation of Liability: Limit AEXA Aviation total financial exposure to brokerage fee, excluding any responsibility for consequential damages like “loss of use” or “lost profits”.
- Traceability & Certification: State that the buyer is solely responsible for verifying the traceability (back-to-birth) and the validity of airworthiness documents (e.g., FAA Form 8130-3 or EASA Form 1, and other documents) before installation.
- Indemnification: Require the buyer to defend and hold AEXA Aviation harmless from any claims arising from the ownership, operation, or use of the part after delivery.
